3.3. Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses to pay customs fees or fails to collect a package, resulting in its return or abandonment, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping costs and any additional return fees incurred.

4. Hygiene, Returns & Refund Policy

4.1. Hygiene & Safety: Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited for any item where the original seal or packaging has been opened, tampered with, or broken.
4.2. Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for unopened, factory-sealed items within 14 days of delivery.
